Researchers Find More Objective Way to Diagnose Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
A group of researchers have discovered that measuring activity in the lateral orbitofrontal cortex of the brain can help identify people at risk of developing obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
The new way of diagnosis can also enable earlier, more objective detection and intervention. This was reported by Medindia, an Asian health portal providing a range of services to both healthcare cnsumers and the medical professionals.
